Funding Options Available
Here at JD Solicitors we work with clients through private fees with a clear matter fee as outlined below. We also work with clients on a legal aid basis and through court appointment for cross examination purposes. Our matter fee structure is as follows;

First appearance at Magistrates’ Court £400-£600 +VAT

Sentencing Hearing at Magistrates’ Court £400 – £600 + VAT

Trial at Magistrates’ Court £800 – £1200 + VAT

Exceptional Hardship Hearings £600 – £900 + VAT

Special Reasons Hearings £600 – £900 + VAT
*Fees listed are subject to location and length of time case listed for i.e. morning or all day.
