Which Crimes Are Associated With Drug Offences?
The legislation that controls drug offences in England and Wales is The Misuse Of Drugs Act 1971. The act itself deals exclusively with controlled drugs that are then divided into 3 categories. Class A are regarded as the most dangerous and come with the most severe charges and penalties if convicted.
