R-v-A

Alleged £1.6 Billion Conspiracy to Import Class A drugs from the Netherlands in private Ambulances, as seen on Sky News/ google. Our client was the only defendant to be acquitted by the jury following trial.

R-v-C

Conspiracy to defraud HMRC – alleged Vat fraud value £148 Million. Our client was found not guilty after trial in his absence at Birmingham Crown Court, following methodical and meticulous preparation of the case and outstanding representation by Counsel.

Operation Dunnock – Conspiracy to supply class A drugs, value in excess of £1.5 Million. Case involving 10 defendants. Our Client was acquitted after trial.

Accused with 3 others of murder and following a full trial our client was found not guilty.

R-v-G

Accused of murder and following the conclusion of the prosecution case, a successful submission of no case to answer was made after careful cross-examination of prosecution witnesses. As a result, the judge discharged the jury and the client was acquitted.

Accused of a gangland murder. One of several defendants acquitted at the Court of Appeal after failings in the prosecution case were exposed.

R-v-J

Accused of Rape. Successfully argued this was a malicious allegation. Acquitted after trial – unanimous not guilty verdict.

Accused of Murder. Following precise submissions to the CPS the matter was discontinued prior to trial.

Acquitted of Attempted Murder following a full trial.

R-v-H

Proceeds of Crime – CPS stated the benefit figure was £2 million. Following excellent preparation and successful submissions, the recoverable asset figure was £1.

R-v-K

Accused of £18 Million VAT fraud over a substantial period of time. Acquitted following a full trial in the face of substantial evidence.
